This Public Oferta confirms the terms and conditions for the provision of Tesla AI DNA Testing and Consultancy Services, designed by Private Entrepreneur Natalia S. Strokovska (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), in partnership with the manufacturer of the Syan Center Tesla AI Diagnostic Apparatus.
1.1. The Client, upon making the payment, receives Tesla AI DNA Testing Services and a comprehensive Root Cause Analysis Report, in accordance with the selected package.
Note: This service is purely diagnostic and informational. Futher doctor`s consultation is mandatory!
1.2. The service includes the following:
Provision of instructions and addresses for sending the biological sample.
Tesla AI DNA Testing and Quantum Analysis.
A Comprehensive Digital Report detailing: hidden infections, heavy metals, hormonal screening, biochemical analysis, genetic/epigenetic weaknesses, and a personalized lifestyle action plan.
2.1. The cost and details of the testing are determined based on the Client’s selection on the Service Provider's website.
2.2. After payment, the Client immediately receives the necessary addresses and detailed instructions for preparing and sending the biological material (nails or 5 hair strands with the root bulb).
2.3. The test is processed anonymously using a unique encrypted code assigned upon receipt of the sample.
2.4. The Service Provider's specialists perform the Tesla AI DNA Test.
2.5. The results, including the Comprehensive Digital Report, are sent to the Client's specified email address within the timeframe specified on the Service Provider's website (typically 2-3 hours after sample analysis begins).
2.6. If the Service Provider determines that the Client's sample quality or documentation is inadequate for reliable testing, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the test and refund the full amount, minus a $50 administrative processing fee.
The Service Provider undertakes to:
Provide services in accordance with the paid package.
Ensure the confidentiality and anonymity of the Client's data and test results (processed under an encrypted code).
Use certified and verified procedures for DNA and quantum analysis.
The Client undertakes to:
Provide truthful information necessary for the registration and analysis process.
Follow the instructions precisely for collecting and sending the biological material.
Self-monitor any changes in their health status following the implementation of the recommended action plan.
4.1. The service cost corresponds to the package selected on the Service Provider's website.
4.2. Payment made in advance constitutes confirmation and acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
4.3. Delivery of the biological sample to the Service Provider's address is paid for by the Client separately.
5.1. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific outcomes or cures, as the effect depends on the Client's individual body characteristics and adherence to the personalized recommendations.
5.2. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences of the Client's non-compliance with the personalized recommendations or for providing misleading data.
6.1. Since this service is digital and custom-analyzed, refunds for the testing service are not provided once the biological sample has been received and the analysis process has commenced.
6.2. If the Service Provider refuses the service prior to analysis (due to inadequate sample quality), a refund will be issued minus the administrative fee (as per clause 2.6).
The Parties shall be released from liability for non-performance of obligations in the event of force majeure circumstances.
8.1. This Agreement is concluded in electronic (simplified) form in accordance with the relevant articles of the Republic of Ireland.
8.2. The fact of payment for the services by the Client serves as acceptance (Akzept) of this Agreement and confirmation of consent to all its terms.
